This is in reference to your mail dated 07th June 2023 regarding discpreancy in financial result. We hereby resubmit the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31st 2023.Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results set out in compliance with Applicable Accounting Standards for the half year and year ended March 31st 2023 duly approved by the Board of Directors of Company at their meeting held today i.e. June 05th 2023 together with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Auditors Report thereon are enclosed. The Board Meeting commenced at 04:00 PM and concluded at 07:37 P.M.
