Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (prohibition of insider trading)nregulations2015 and as per the terms of Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the company the trading window shall renmain closed from Tuesday April 01 2025 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31 2025 (non trading period)The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. Teh date if Board meeting to consider interalia audited financial results for the half year and year ended march 31 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course.Hence the designated persons shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the equity shares of Rex Sealing and packing Industries Limited during the Non trading period.Kindly take the above on record.
