Organic Coatings: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2025 as amended & Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting Trading in the securities the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2025 declared by the board.
