We hereby submit the closure of trading window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. the trading window is closed for all designated person or class of designated person as per Insider trading regulations shall remain closed w.e.f 01.01.2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial result for the quarter ended 31.12.2024
