Greenply Industries: Board Meeting Intimation for Notice Of Board Meeting

Greenply Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Statements Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025 and to consider recommendation of dividend if any on equity shares for the year ended 31st March 2025. This is to inform that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (PIT Regulations) and Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st April 2025 and will be reopened on 30th April 2025 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 28th April 2025.
