The Power Purchase Agreement entered with Chief Secretary, A & N has expired on 1st April, 2018. The management is in the process of negotiating with A & N Admn. for the extension validity of Power Purchase Agreement.

Further, the Company is proposing for setting up Group Captive 100 MW PV Solar Power Plant in Andhra Pradesh. Action has been initiated to acquire required land for the proposed Power Plant and Company is taking necessary steps in this regard.
