Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 RTA had on 30th November 2019 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of Share Certificate/s. In response to this request/s RTA had informed the necessary procedure. Upon receipt of the relevant papers and valid documents Duplicate Share Certificate/s will be issued within statutory time limit from the date of receipt of the valid document/s.
