This is to inform you that as per Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations 2015. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives will be closed from Wednesday 01st January 2025 till 48 Hours after declaration of the Financials as on Friday 07th February 2025.
