VISA STEEL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday 11 February 2023 to inter alia consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31 December 2022.Further as per Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges(s).This is for your information and record.
