Gautam Exim: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Inside Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct read with clarification issued by BSE Limited vide ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02/04/2019 we hereby inform that the "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for all the directors Promotes Employee and connected person from 01st April 2025 till the closure of the 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year/year ended 31st March 2025. Accordingly all designated persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
