Approved Appointment of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as Remote E-Voting Agency for resolutions proposed to be passed via Postal Ballot.3. Appointment of M/s Dhirren R. Dave & Co. Company Secretaries as a Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot through remote E-Voting in a fair and transparent manner for passing the resolution proposed in Postal Ballot Notice.
