In continuation of our earlier letter dated 23.02.2021 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) in its meeting held today i.e. on February 26 2021 have inter-alia approved the proposal for raising of resources i.e. Market Borrowing program under different debt segments in one or more tranches / series for the Financial Year 2021-22.
