As per requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III with profound grief we would like to inform about the untimely demise of Mr. Ajit K. Sharma Company Secretary Compliance officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company on Friday December 16 2022. Mr. Sharmas sudden demise is an irreparable loss to the Company and his Colleagues. All the Directors Employees and other Stakeholders of the Company convey Deep Sympathy Condolences and Support to his family. The Company will initiate the process of appointment of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in his position as replacement. Intimation of the same will be informed in due course.
