This is with reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018. In this connection we would like to inform you that our Company Safa Systems and Technologies Limited does not fall in the category of Large Entities as on year ended 31st March 2025 as per the applicability framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
