This to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as per Companys Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in Securities of the Company w.e.f. 1st January 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2022. Accordingly all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
