Pursuant to Regulation SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 We wish to inform you that Comsyn India Private Limited Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company has enter into Share Purchase agreement SPA dated 12th April 2025 with Erawat Pharma Limited to acquire 100% shareholding i .e. 9 50 000 equity shares of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Erawat Vegcap Private Limited.
