Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 31st March 2025 interalia considered the appointment of Mrs. Alka Devi Bangur (DIN 00012894) as an Additional Director (Non Executive Non Independent) of the Company w.e.f 31st March 2025 liable to retire by rotation subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
