We would like to inform that there is no specific event or price sensitive information that has a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company other than we disclosed to stock exchanges earlier. Company is regularly informing to the Stock Exchanges about all types of events or price sensitive information whenever it occurs. Now in respect of significant movement in the price of security of our Company The Company is not aware about any specific reason for the same.
