In Continuation to our letter dated February 20 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Mrs. Maahi Amit Ahuja Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company vide her letter dated February 20 2025 has tendered her resignation with effect form the close of business hours on March 21 2025 due to personal reasons. She has confirmed that there are no reasons for her resignation other than those stated in her resignation letter.
