Update on acquisition - The Company has subscribed and been allotted 51 801 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 1469 per share aggregating to Rs. 7 66 13 679 in Clean Max Jasper Pvt. Ltd. (CMJPL). Post allotment of shares on right basis shareholding percentage of the Company in CMJPL is 36.13% (same as initially acquired).
