Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with part A of schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given as Annexure A to this letter. This is to inform that the Board at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday October 22 2022 has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Nagpure as the CFO & as the KMP of the Company with effect from 27th October 2022 in place of Mr. Ravindra Gaikwad who has resigned from the position w.e.f. 20th October 2022.
