Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to Régulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you the Shareholder has requested us to issue duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original share certificate lost by the shareholder. We would like to inform you that the Company has issued duplicate share certificate.
