It is hereby notified that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 shall remain closed with effect from close of business hours on 31st December 2022 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Companys unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022 of the financial year 2022-23.
