Bharat Gears: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

In conformity with the Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Duplicate Share Certificate as per the details attached has been issued by the Company in lieu of the Share Certificate reported to be misplaced/lost pursuant to the approval of the members of Stakeholders Relationship Committee on January 03 2025.Further in terms of the circular reference no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD_RTAMB/P//CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) a Letter of Confirmation (LoC) shall be issued to the concerned shareholder for submission to his Depository Participant along with Dematerialisation Request Form for credit of share electronically in the Demat Account of Shareholder.You are requested to update the same in your records.
