In furtherance of our letter dated November 09 2022 intimating Record Date as Saturday November 19 2022 for the payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23 we would like to inform that depositories have declared November 19 2022 as a holiday in the depository system due to system malware. Accordingly the Benpos Data as on end of Friday November 18 2022 shall be considered for determining the equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the Interim Dividend.
