GE T&D India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday February 9 2023 to consider and approve inter-alia the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2022.We shall in due course communicate the financial results as soon as they are approved and taken on record by the Board.In compliance with GE T&D India Limited: Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons please note that the "Trading Window" has already been closed with effect from January 1 2022 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the unaudited financial Results for the third quarter and nine months on December 31 2022 are made public.This is for your information and records.
