Name of the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company: Technocraft Textile Private Limited
Date of Incorporation: November 2 2021.
Initial Paid-up share Capital shall be Rs. 2.00 Lakh and it shall be the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
