With reference to the captioned circular we would like to inform you that Kkalpana Plastick Limited (ISIN: INE465K01016) does not fall within the definition and criteria of "Large Corporates" as prescribed in the aforesaid circular for the financial year ended March 31 2025 and therefore the prescribed disclosure compliance provisions thereof are not applicable to the Company.You are requested to kindly take note that:a) The Company does not have any borrowings as on March 31 2025.b) During the Financial Year 2024-2025 the Company had not received and Credit Rating from any Credit Rating Agency.
