M/s Kamaljyot Investment Limited wholly owned subsidiary of M/s Excel Industries Limited has divested its entire shareholding of 1472228 shares (46.25%) in M/s Climacrew Private Limited Associate Company of Excel Industries Limited to Mr. Ashwin C. Shroff. Accordingly Climacrew Private Limited ceases to be an associate company of Excel Industries Limited w.e.f. 28th March 2025
