Ddev Plastiks Industries: Corporate Action-Board to consider Dividend

The board of directors at its meeting held on 15.05.2025 recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.75/- per equity share of Rs.1/- each (@175%) for financial year ended 31.03.2025 subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
