Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations and the materiality policy of the Bank we inform as under:
In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and having regard to the Banks policy on determination and disclosures of material events it is informed that an NPA Account viz. M/s Supertech Township Projects Limited with outstanding dues of Rs.94.29 crore has been declared as fraud and reported to RBI today as per regulatory requirement. Further the account has been fully provided for as per existing RBI norms.
