This is to inform you that the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) vide its order no. 340/85/2017 dated February 7 2023 has communicated the appointment of Shri Padam Lal Negi Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor MNRE and Shri Ajay Yadav Joint Secretary as Government Nominee Directors on the Board of IREDA in place of Shri Vimalendra Anand Patwardhan Former JS & FA MNRE and Shri Dinesh Dayanand Jagdale JS MNRE with immediate effect and until further orders. A copy of the order received from MNRE is attached. Pursuant to the said order Shri Dinesh Dayanand Jagdale (DIN: 03344721) ceased to be Govt. Nominee Director of IREDA w.e.f February 7 2023. Cessation of Shri Vimalendra Anand Patwardhan (DIN: 08701559) was already intimated vide letter dated October 31 2022 attached herewith.
