Rallis India: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Newspaper Publication

The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on April 23 2025 has inter alia approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2025.As per Regulation 47 of SEBI Listing Regulations the said financial results were published in the enclosed newspapers.
