The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 28/02/2023 on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee approve the appointment of Shri Padam Lal (DIN: 10041387) w.e.f. February 07 2023 i.e. the date of order of MNRE and Shri Ajay Yadav (DIN: 10046617) w.e.f. February 14 2023 i.e. DIN Allotment date.
