We wish to inform you that the shareholders of the Company in its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 9th September 2021 had approved the Exit Return Incentive Plan for payment of awards by Singapore VII Topco III PTE. Ltd. (Singapore VII) to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.Pursuant to above Singapore VII has made payment of awards to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries between 28th April 2023 and 12th May 2023. In this regard please find attached herewith the disclosure made by Singapore VII to the Company.
