pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby informed that the Board of Directors of Narayana Institute For Advanced Research Private Limited (NIARPL) - a wholly owned subsidiary of the Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited (NHL) at its meeting held on 9th November 2022 has resolved to pursue process of Voluntary Liquidation. Further we also wish to inform you that shareholders of NIARPL have approved the above proposal at the Extra-Ordinary General meeting held on 30th November 2022.
