The Trading Window shall remain closed w.e.f April 01 2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 in terms of provisions of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
