We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today noted and approved the following:
1. Mr. Thomas Victor (DIN : 09237112) has resigned as Director w.e.f 04th August 2021.
2. Appointment of Mr. Samanthi Yogananthan (DIN 08998927) and Mrs.Radhakrishnan Sharmila (DIN 02360319) as Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Director) based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee to hold office up to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company subject to ratification by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company for his appointment as Independent Director.
