Sai Capital Limited (the Company) will be held on Wednesday the 14th day of August 2024 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter of Financial Year 2024-25 i.e. Quarter Ended June 30 2024.Further as intimated in our letter dated 24th June 2024 the Trading Window in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 was closed with effect from 1st July 2024 until the second trading day after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter of Financial Year 2024-25 i.e. Quarter Ended June 30 2024. Accordingly the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall now re-open on 20th August 2024.
