We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and as per the clarifications issued vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 of BSE and Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 of NSE both dated April 2 2019 the Trading Window for the purpose of dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons of the Company from January 1 2022 and till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ending December 31 2021 become generally available information.
