Kanpur Plastipack: Update on board meeting

Kanpur Plastipack Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Addendum to the intimation dated 25/04/2025. The Board will also consider the proposal of fund raising along with other business matters.
