The Company has been making all the necessary disclosures having bearing on the operation/performance of the Company from time to time which include all price sensitive information and information concerning the Company pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and has not withheld any material information/event that in our opinion would have bearing on the movement in price/ volume of the script. The Company shall continue to make necessary disclosures within the stipulated time as per the said regulation. Further increase in volume of the shares of the Company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Company is not connected with any such movement in price/volume.
