Thomas Cook (India): Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

Recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.45/- (Rupees Forty Five Paise only) per equity share of Re. 1/- each subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
