We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on 04.02.2023 inter-alia has transacted the following items of business:1. Considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022.2. Board has primarily considered the proposal of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023 and recommended Nomination & Remuneration Committee to formulate detailed terms & conditions for ESOP 2023 but this shall not be construed as approval of scheme of ESOP.
