Changes in fundamental attributes of Kotak Floater Long Term Scheme and Kotak Bond Short Term Plan


Kotak Mutual Fund has changed the fundamental attributes of the following schemes with effect from January 30, 2015:

Kotak Floater Long Term Scheme:

Name of the scheme: Now, the name of the scheme will be Kotak Treasury Advantage Fund.

Investment Objective: The investment objective of the scheme will be to invest in debt and money market instruments to reduce the interest rate risk.

Kotak Bond Short Term Plan:

Asset Allocation: The asset allocation pattern of the scheme will be to invest 80-100 per cent in debt and money market instruments with residual maturity up to 36 months and 0-20 per cent in debt instruments with residual maturity between 36 months to 60 months.

Existing investors who do not wish to continue with the scheme in view of the proposed changes can exit from the scheme between December 31, 2014 to January 29, 2015.
