Further to our intimation dated 25th March 2025 it may be noted that as per the Companys "Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Persons " the trading window of the Company had already been closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and Insiders w.e.f. Tuesday 1st April 2025 shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and FY ended on 31st March 2025 in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 21st May 2025.
