We are of the opinion that this format on Statement of Deviation OR Variation for proceeds of Public issue Right issue Preference Issue Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) etc. is required to be submitted by the Companies who have made such issues and is this applicable when such an issue is made by the Company.
