Ajanta Pharma: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Ajantas Code of Conduct for Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from close of business hours of 30th September 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022.
