Alankit: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 we would like to inform that an investment in "Alankit ID Consulting Private Limited" has been approved in the Board Meeting held on 30th January 2025 and pursuant to such investment Alankit ID Consulting Private Limited will be identified as Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Alankit Limited and shall be forming part of Related Party of the Company.
