This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. February 11 2025 inter alia:1. approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024. The Financial Results and Statutory Auditors Limited Review Report thereon are enclosed.2. declared Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 of Rs. 0.53 /- (i.e. 53%) per equity share of Rs. 1 each. As intimated vide our letter no. NBCC/BSENSE/2024-25 dated February 3 2025 Tuesday February 18 2025 is the record date for ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The interim dividend would be paid within the period as stipulated in the Companies Act 2013
